The new training requirements indicate that we are allowed from 18 to 50 participants per camp. Therefore, when the number of applications received exceeds that limit, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Ban Huan Luyen (Training Committee) FAQ

Please reference the precamp assignment letter for a full list of dates. Training camp starts the moment you register for camp. This includes online lessons, orientation, and various due dates. Please review your precamp assignment carefully.
-
Our schedule is carefully designed and includes a lot of learning, hands-on activities, and experiences. As such, missing any component of the training diminishes the value of your experience. For individuals who have important life events and conflicting obligations, we encourage you to prioritize your life events as they are important. SMHL will be here next year! Otherwise, it is important to plan ahead accordingly with requested time off so that you can participate in camp fully.
-
When you register, you will be asked to join a google classroom. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DO THIS as many of your questions may be answered by messages and documents received through google classroom. For Cap I, you will be assigned a mentor and your mentor can help filter your questions in the right direction. Your training committee will also be hosting an orientation date to address and answer training related questions.

Yes! If you are from LDPH, reach out to Tr. Bao Hanh (bhtran88@gmail.com) for a verification form that can be used in lieu of your certificate. You will need the name of your Cap I training camp, camp master's name, and promotion date. Tr. Bao Hanh will verify these pieces of information and provide a form for you. If you are traveling in from an outside LD, please contact your LD Pho Nghien Huan for next steps as each LD may have a separate process of verifying.

Due to the wealth and volume of lessons, in order to ensure camp participants are able to attend all the lessons, online lessons were implemented so that the in-person time at camp can be better allocated and used. While physically at camp, we want to prioritize your wellness by ending our days at a reasonable time. We also want to provide adequate breaks, meal times, and rest time. As such, spacing out our lessons and activities is the best way to meet this need. Additionally, for Cap II, BHL would like to focus on the application of new skills in-person. Therefore, theory based components are being offered online.
